Vendor Application cutoff is January 27th, 2025

 

VENDOR FEE: $110.00

 

*Vendor fee includes table/space rental and swag bag contribution.

*Entry fee due upon acceptance to hold your spot.

**This fee is non-refundable.**

*Each Vendor will be provided an 8-foot wooden table to display their items. One table, one tablecloth, and two chairs will be provided. The vendor is responsible for their own setup/ display/ advertisement.

* Setup is at 7:00pm on Friday Feb 8th, 2025. Vendors must be set up and ready for business by Saturday morning at 9:30am.

* Take down is Saturday Feb 8th from 5:00pm-6:00pm

 

Swag bags

The first 25 customers will receive a swag bag. These will be highlighted as part of the Psychic Fair advertising. The swag fee is included in the Vendor fee. This is non-negotiable.

* Vendors have the option to add a coupon/ business card ect. (coupons are highly recommended.)

Social Media

 

You will be expected to interact with social media post and invite your friends list from Facebook / Instagram to the fair.

Sharing, commenting, re-posting and highlighting the event will help to promote the fair. This is VITAL to the success of the fair!

* I recognize life can be busy, I do not expect you to jump on posts as soon as the posts are uploaded. However, please take the time to go back to the posts that you may have missed and promote them with positivity and enthusiasm.

**If you are struggling with social media, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

 

Behavior

I pride myself on being a safe and inclusive space for all. My goal is to have a fun and a successful fair for everyone.

However, I do reserve the right to rescind participation in the fair if there is any hate speech, bullying, or other inappropriate behavior by any vendors.
